Terms of stay

Thank you for choosing The Rise Suites Hotel, Chiang Mai. To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all our guests, please review the following terms and conditions.

Early check-in is subject to room availability, cannot be guaranteed in advance and additional charges may apply.
Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID or passport at check-in.

Booking cancellation	Cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the room type, rate plan, and promotional offer selected. The applicable cancellation and prepayment conditions are clearly stated during the booking process and in the reservation confirmation. Guests are advised to review these conditions carefully before completing their reservation.
Security Deposit	A refundable security deposit of THB 1,000 per room (cash) may be collected upon check-in. The deposit will be returned upon check-out, subject to inspection of the room and confirmation that there are no damages, missing items, or outstanding charges.
Children Policy	Children are welcome at The Rise Suites Hotel. Children under 8 years old can stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with their parents or accompanying adults. Additional charges may apply for additional bedding or an extra bed, subject to availability. Please provide the correct number and ages of children when making a reservation.
Special Requests	Special requests such as room location, connecting rooms, extra beds, early check-in, or late check-out are subject to availability. The hotel will make every reasonable effort to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee them unless specifically confirmed in writing.
Smoking Policy	The Rise Suites Hotel is a 100% smoke-free hotel. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms and all indoor hotel areas. Designated smoking areas are available outside the hotel building for guests who wish to smoke. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all designated non-smoking areas of the hotel. In the event of a violation, a THB 5,000 cleaning and restoration fee will be charged to the guest’s account to cover the costs associated with restoring the affected area.
Occupancy & Extra Bed	Room occupancy is subject to the maximum capacity specified for each room type. Extra beds are available upon request and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for extra beds or additional guests. Please contact the hotel in advance if you require an extra bed or have special accommodation requirements.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation and prepayment conditions vary depending on the room type, rate plan, and promotion selected.
Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded after the reservation has been confirmed.
In case of a no-show, the reservation may be subject to the applicable cancellation or no-show charges.
